Popular religious scholar and program host Aamir Liaquat Hussain has decided to stay in the Geo News. According to the sources of Pakistan Media Updates, the issues between Aamir Liaquat and the management of channel have been resolved and after many meetings, he has decided not to leave Geo News for the time being. There were some rumors that Aamir Liaquat is going to Join Hum TV or Express News soon. However, Aamir Liaquat Hussain had also gave some hints regarding his move from Geo in the last shows of Ramzan Sharif.
Some reliable sources told Pakistan Media Updates (PMU) that Geo management has convinced famous host to continue his work in the channel. The sources of Pakistani media industry have claimed that Aamir Liaquat Hussain was not totally satisfied with the ratings of Ramzan Saharif transmission and Inam Ghar. He had also some serious concerns on the editorial policy of Geo and Jang Group, against the establishment. Later on, Aamir Liaquat have played an important role to settle the disputes between the channel and establishment, with his tribute to Pak Army.
The sources have also claimed that Aamir Liaquat will soon start his popular game show “Inam Ghar”, on Geo Television Network, but will not host the morning show this time.
