Noman Ali Rajput was the Head of Bol News HR department and considered amongst the most supportive and able member of the management. He had completed his studies in MBA, Human Resources from Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology, in 2008. Noman Ali Rajput had started his career during his studies from Aga Khan University Hospital as Executive Assistant in 2000 and later promoted as a Senior Executive Assistant. He left Agha Khan University Hospital in 2005 and later on associated with the Professional Employers Pvt Limited in 2006, as Assistant Relationship Manager.
In 2007, Noman Ali Raja joined Fortune Synergies as HR Relationship Manager and later on associated with Dawood Family Takaful Limited as Human Resources Manager, in 2009. In August 2012, Noman Ali Rajput joined world’s leading IT company, Axact as Manager Recruitment.
Due to his hard work and dedication, Noman Ali Rajput had been promoted to several key positions in the organization including Senior Manager, Assistant Vice President and Associate Vice President. In 2015, Noman Ali Rajput had given the charge of Head of HR, Bol Network after arrest of former Head Ali Ghaffar, on Axact fake degree scandal.
On 15th July 2015, 35 year old Noman Ali was shot dead by unidentified motorcycle riders in North Nazimabad, when he was going to the office in his car. He had left behind his wife and two children.
