Son of legendary Ghazal singer Mehdi Hassan and popular singer of Pakistan Asif Mehdi’s health is disturbed nowadays and he is admitted in the hospital. According to the sources of Pakistani media industry, Asif Mehdi feels pain in his kidneys few days ago and his family took him to the hospital. Doctors have checked him and admitted him in the hospital after analyzing his serious condition. According to his wife Rubi Asif, both the kidneys of Asif Mehdi have stopped working and his treatment continues in Kidney Center from the past few days.
Asif Mehdi was born in 1966 and started training of Ghazal and songs at the age of just 13. His father Mehdi Hassan give him training and took him to several foreign tours and both of them have performed together abroad many times. Asif Mehdi is among the very few singers of Pakistan who are trying their best for the revival of Ghazal in the country.
Wife of Asif Hassan has requested all the Pakistani nation, specially his fans to pray for his good health. It is to be noted that Cultural Department had given 2 Lac rupees for his treatment few days ago.
