Police system of all the provinces of Pakistan has been widely criticized by the public due to corruption and several other reasons. People normally avoid visiting police stations and calling police for any emergency services just because of lack of justice and non-professional attitude. But for the first time in Pakistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has launched SMS and Online Complaint System through which anyone can register their compliant. With the tagline “Trying To Hassle You”, KPK Police has launched this service to make Police system of the province more active.
To register your complaints, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has also announced very simple and easy process, which is given below:
For SMS Complaint
- First of all, go to messages and type your complaint.
- Now send it to 8855.
- You will immediately receive automatic reply soon after sending message that your complaint has been registered.

For Online Complaint
- For registration of your complaint online, visit official website of KPK Police and select “Complaint Against Police” option.
- You can also directly go through “kp police website”.
- Now fill out simple form given on that page which requires basic information of the complainant.
- After completing form, select “Add” option given in the end of that form.
- Now your online complaints has been registered with KPK Police.
