Mumbai: Pakistan’s famous actor and singer Ali Zafar met upon with the Bollywood’s legendary actor, Amitabh Bachchan during which Big B appreciated Ali’s singing and acting skills, it has been learnt. After meeting the actor, Ali Zafar said that it has had been his utmost desire to meet Mr. Bachchan, for him it is a dream come true.
Ali said that he was appreciated for his good work during the meeting which backed confidence in me. ‘Mr. Bachchan is a respectable figure and his words mean much to me’, said the singer.
It is pertinent here to mention that last year too, Mr. Bachchan had appreciated the talented young man on a social website for his song ‘Yaar dadhi’ that he sang up at the ‘Coke Studio’.
The ‘Huqa Pani’ singer is reported to have tweeted: ‘finally got to meet my all time favorite Senior Bachchan. Felt like meeting a Saint’.
Pakistani artists’ works are appreciated across the globe for their uniqueness and good work. Recently, reputable Indian director, Ram Gopal Verma had tweeted that seeing the ‘Waar’ movie it seems that we should learn from Pakistani directors the art of making movies.
Hence, we Pakistanis have the potential to earn global representation. If invested and promoted at good scale then it can immensely pay off to our media industry.
