Islamabad: Famous TV host and religious scholar Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain is likely to rejoin Geo TV as a president after three months working with Express Media Group as President. According to the sources, Aamir Liaquat has privately joined Geo TV again and is all set to host a show “Aalim aur Alam” from Geo TV very soon.
Aamir Liaquat who joined Express News in June left Geo Group because he was demanding to become a president of Geo TV but when his demand was not fulfilled by Geo Group, he decided to shake hand with Express News. He has also done a Ramzan transmission during Ramzan this year with Express News named as Ramzan Pakistan as he was hired on Rs.1 Crore per month for Express TV. [alert]It is pertinent to mention that Aamir Liaquat has worked before with several channels after resigning from Geo TV as he has been working with Geo network since 2002. [/alert]
The 43-years old TV host started his career from PTV as he hosted his first program on Geo TV. He has also remained Managing Director of QTV and Executive Director of ARY Digital as he hosted Aalim Aur Aalam on ARY Digital in 2010. He was born on 5th July, 1971 in Karachi.
