The film will be released by Mind Works Media.  Shaan Shahid plays the lead role against Shamoon Abbasi as the hog. With heavy investment done in the movie of around USD $ 2 million, it stands out as the ‘biggest budgeted’ in the history of Pakistan’s movie industry. ‘Waar’ is a production and written script of Dr.Hassan Waqas Rana.

Misha Shafi, Aisha Khan, Ali Azmat, Nadeem Abbas Rana, Hamza Ali Abbasi and Kamran Lashari are the starring actors and actresses in the movie. According to the press release, Mr .Lashari and the team members have poured their utmost to make the movie a distinctive and a quality production considering from every aspect the necessities.

Various notable media men have expressed confidence and appreciated the efforts of the director. They believed that the industry would have something different to offer rather than love stories only. And now, with Eid-ul-Azha, around the corner, it’s time for Shaan’s Waar and Akshay Kumar’s Boss to hit the screens simultaneously.

Akshay Kumar’s Boss is not expected to go much good at the creens since the movie has faced some restrictions by the censor board and lacks the promotion like ‘Waar’. Boss, the Indian movie might attract the ‘stunt’ admirers but the captivating production by Lashari has much to offer. Let’s se which one the high budgeted movie successfully attracts the audience, this Eid.

It is pertinent here to mention that on last Eid –ul –Fitr , two mega movies, Shahrukh Khan’s Chennai Express and Main Hoon Shahid Afridi (MHS) were expected to hit box offices simultaneously. However, MHS witnessed a day and hence audience response could not gauge.
