One of the most senior journalists of Pakistani media industry, Saleem Safi gets angry on another prominent host Ayesha Bakhsh. During a recent popular program Report Card hosted by Ayesha Bakhsh on leading news channel Geo News, Saleem Safi gets angry on Ayesha Bakhsh and said that don’t call him in this program. Ayesha Bakhsh had raised a topic regarding corruption in KPK and political influence on accountability and asked Saleem Safi as a guest to choose any of the given option, according to the format. On his turn, Saleem Safi started giving his detailed analysis on this issue.
As a program host, Ayesha Bakhsh asked Saleem Safi to only choose option rather than giving his analysis because he had already took more time than other guests. On her interruption, Saleem Safi said that he will never choose any option until and unless he would not present his analysis on this issue. Ayesha Bakhsh said that it is not Jirga (hosted by Saleem Safi) and as a host of this program, she needs to manage all the things.
After this, Saleem Safi asked her not to invite him as a guest in her show if she doesn’t want to listen him. Finally, Ayesha Bakhsh asked Saleem Safi to conclude his analysis because he had already taken so much time.
