ayyan-aliAccused model Ayyan Ali has been booked under Section 7 of Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) in the murder case of Customs Inspector Ejaz Chaudhry by a local court. In customs officer Ejaz Chaudhry murder case, Regional magistrate Gulfam Latif Butt was hearing this case on Ayyan’s plea.

The court refused to hear the statement of Ayyan Ali because the magistrate was made aware by a public prosecutor that the accused model has been booked under Section 7 of Anti-Terrorism Act, which makes the court unable to hear this case.

Therefore, the court has directed Ayyan Ali to take this matter to Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).

Ayyan Ali who was allegedly involve in money laundering case, was nominated by the Waris Khan Police on the orders of the court in the murder case of main witness Custom Inspector Ejaz Chaudhry.

The model was arrested from Benazir Bhutto International Airport with $500,000 in March this year. The Airport Security Force checked her stuff and recovered the amount from her luggage. She was released on bail after four months in Adiala Jail.
