She has worked for two news channels which are both top-notch, Express News and Din News. She has a huge fan base because of her “different-from-all” personality. You can usually see her during the prime time delivering the news.
Maria Saleem is a Lahore based journalist. She received her schooling and education from there. Maria graduated from the Garrison College in English literature. She was the President of Dramatic society there. This shows her interest in the media industry since the beginning. She graduated from the Kinnaird College for Women getting a Masters degree in Applied Linguistics.
She gave her career in the media industry a start by first working as a news anchor for Din News and Express News. At Din News, she was employed as a newscaster and an anchor for an entertainment show. During her time at Din, she was given the responsibility to host a road show.
Maria was also part of a program related to Showbiz, there she interviewed celebrities. At Express, she is a news anchor and the host of the famous show “Nazar”. She is currently enhancing her skills in production by working with Leo Production House in the Gulf region.
