Senior most correspondent of Samaa Television Khalid Azim has been upraises to the position of Bureau Chief Of Islamabad. The position of Bureau Chief in Samaa Television Network was vacant after Ex Bureau Chief of Islamabad Ibrahim Raja resigned Samaa and moved to Bol News. The management of Samaa Television decided to not fill in the position by recruiting anyone from outside instead upgrade Khalid Azim to this position. Khalid Azim proved himself as a right person who has the ability to fulfill the requirements of this responsible and very important position.
Khalid Azim joined Samaa Television in 2007 as In-charge news desk and started the reporting of Supreme Court of Pakistan in the year 2009. He was also elected as a President of Supreme Court Reporters Association later. Khalid Azim had also worked for daily Jang and Nawa-i-Waqt newspapers as a reporter in the past and had about 30 years of experience in the journalism field.
The colleagues of Khalid Azim have congratulated him after joining as a Bureau Chief. They also said that Khalid Azim is hardworking and competent journalist and he will definitely help Samaa management to improve the standards of reporting and programming.
