Journalist Nadeem Raza has spent more than two decades in serving for journalism. He acquired his post graduate degree from University of Karachi in International Relations in 2002 but his passion and thirst for journalism was so intense that he stepped into the demanding field of journalism even before his graduation.
He worked in both print and electronic media. His passion to work as a journalist led him to his first job in an Urdu Newspaper ‘Daily Mashriq’ in 1995. Afterwards he offered his services as a sub-editor in Pakistan Press International and also worked in a famous newspaper ‘Daily Express’. After gaining vast experience in print media he also tried out his luck in various television channels. With the onset of many news channels in Pakistan Nadeem Raza foresaw great opportunities and got affiliated with Geo TV and worked as senior producer from 2002 to 2009. Afterwards he also offered his services as director News in Samaa TV from 2009 to 2011.
His expertise, critical judgement and right decisions took the channel to a new level. He worked as Director News in Dunya News for few months in 2011 and at Express News for a short period. He also worked and performed his duties as a senior producer in Geo News. In 2013 he became senior Executive Vice President in Bol which is the largest upcoming Media Setup in Pakistan from 2013 to 2015. Recently he has moved to Channel 24 and is serving there as Executive Director.
Senior Journalist Nadeem Raza has played a vital role in making Samaa TV to grow larger and increasing its viewership. During his era working as a controller News he put efforts to make channel the top rank channel. Nadeem Raza has worked hard for making many channels to secure top ranking and increasing viewership. His leadership skills are not hidden from anyone in the media industry.
