Ali Zafar's Kill-DilMumbai: India-Pakistan border standoff has also affected the Indian film industry and is told that India’s ruling party and the Hindu extremists assassinate Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) threatened to block the release of Pakistani actor and singer Ali Zafar’s new Bollywood film ‘Kill Dil’. According to the sources, these days producers and film production houses of Bollywood are also been receiving threats for casting Pakistani actors.

Indian Cinema and Television Artists Association sent a notice to Ali Zafar for alleged unlawful employment visa to work in India. According to the sources, Wing of the BJP in Mumbai has decided to prevent the release of the film ‘Kill Dill’ in which Govinda, Ranveer Singh and Pareenita Chopra are casted along with Ali Zafar. BJP says they cannot allow Pakistani actors to work in the Indian film industry because there is so much talent in their country and there is no need to look across the border.

BJP Mumbai unit vice president Sanjay Upadhyay said that they will protest against the release of Pakistani’s actor film ‘Kill Dil’ and will oppose every filmmakers and production house who will cast Pakistani actors. In this regard, Indian producer Ramesh Taurani said that this proposal from BJP is very harmful for our future projects.
