Lahore: Indian playback singer Sukhwinder has said that with the beginning of the New Year, he looks forward to visiting tomb of legendary figure Data Ganj Shakar. He prays to Lord to fulfilling his wish. The singer has begun to make proper schedule in the regard.
In a telephonic conversation to one of the media channels, the signer said that he has travelled around the world, but visiting Pakistan would be most pleasing to him. He said that receiving email, message or a telephonic call from Pakistani natives; even from a fan is very pleasing and relief to the heart. He stated these words saying in a pure Punjabi tone, “Sau Rab Di, dil sukoon aur khushi milti hai”.
The Chaiyya Chaiiya singer said that his ancestors have many memories associate with Pakistan and with Nankana Sahib. “Paying visit to Data’s tomb, is one of my greatest desire”, he expressed. He said my life’s goal will be achieved the day, I get to visit the tomb.
Talking further about visiting Pakistan, Sukhwinder said that he has planned to visit the neighboring country this year, for which he has planned the schedule. “Only date needs to be finalized”, he further said.
