Popular and the brave journalist of Pakistani media industry Asma Shirazi has join 92 News, Pakistan’s first HD channel. She has announced this news on his Twitter accounting by tweeting it that she is now a part of 92 News and has join as a Senior Anchorperson and Editor Current Affairs. Her program will be on aired soon on 92 News and the final arrangement are being made for her current affair show. Previously she was associated with Bol Network and had resigned from the channel after Axact scandal.
Asma Shirazi said that she is feeling proud to become a member of Pakistan’s first HD News Channel. She further added that 92 News has become a voice of people of Pakistan and got the success in very short period. Asma Shirazi also said that people will soon watch best new programs on 92 News. She has also revealed that the channel is agreed to appoint all of her team members who have joined Bol Network previously.
“The 92 News management has assured me to recruit my team members too and some other journalists who had joined BOL News,” Asma Shirazi said.
Asma Shirazi is the only female journalist of Pakistan who had covered Lebanon-Israel war in 2006. She had also awarded Peter Mackler Award for her courageous and ethical journalism.
