Karachi: Pakistani singer Alamgir has got ill again. Governor of Sindh Dr Ishrat Ul Ebad and other NGOs have helped him for the cure of Alam Disease. Actors have asked the government to help him. He came back to Pakistan in 2004 from Atlanta US to get funds for his double kidney transplant. His trip was fruitful Governor Dr Ishrat Ul Ibad contributed 50 thousand dollars for the Alamgir.
Alamgir has said that the total expenses of his cure are hundred thousand dollars that is why he did some concerts in US to get some funds. Pakistani communities supported him and he got 35000 dollars on his own.

Alamgir came with the President of Karachi Art Council Ahmed Shah who helped him a lot to get funds. Alamgir is a very good singer and he is one of the beginners of the Urdu pop music in Pakistan.
