Young and talented Zarghoona Khan works as a news anchor in Abb Takk TV. She belongs to Karachi. She has studied from Oxford High School and acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from University of Karachi. She actively participated in Debate competitions and other important events. She is a confident public speaker and possesses good leadership skills. She is a simple person with innocent looks and holds a pleasant personality. She is always in search of new challenges and learns new things.
She started her career by joining Geo News and worked there for 5 months in 2012 as an Intern at the International Desk. In November 2012 she got affiliated with Abb Takk News Channel on International Desk. Later she was promoted as News Anchor. She is doing main bulletins, live news, breaking news and also special transmissions of important events coverage.
She has also credited a publication to herself in “The News” titled as “Is Punjab Assembly a Jungle” in which she has pointed out the churlish behavior of men and women in sessions of Punjab assembly and disappointed with elected leaders. She has also highlighted the unsuitable behavior of throwing shoes and chairs at people in a democratic system.
