The former stage actress and dancer Nargis rejected all the offers to perform on the stage. She said that she will not perform on stage in Pakistan adding to it she said that whenever she comes to Pakistan she is offered multiple opportunities to work but she strongly rejected all the offers to perform as she will not rejoin showbiz again.
Nargis left dancing and stage performances back in 2012 and announced complete disconnection from the showbiz and the theatre world. From that time onwards she has been wearing scarf. She announced that she was motivated by Moulana Tariq Jameel and now she will learn more and educate herself with the Islamic knowledge as she expressed her desire to become an Islamic cleric.
The stage artist who is known as Nargis, her real name is Ghazala. She was born in 1974 and remained associated with Lollywood industry for about 20 years before announcing her complete disassociation from the showbiz industry. At that time she announced that she will never ever come back to showbiz. She said that she left at the peak stage of her artistic career, which itself is a big step for any artist.
