Rumors were circulating from the last few days in the Pakistani media industry that the relations between both of them are not going well and it is possible that they will decide to separate from each other. Shaista has started calling herself as “Shaista Iqbal”, instead of “Shaista Fareed”. Fareed Rais and Shaista Iqbal have not announced this news publicly, but it may be announced later sometimes.
Fareed Rais and Shaista Iqbal fall in love few years ago, while doing anchoring on Aaj News and both of them have decided to marry later. The couple have successfully worked together on many assignments and moved on Dawn News from Aaj TV together. Currently, Fareed Rais is in Neo TV, Islamabad office while Shaista is in Dawn News, Karachi.
The sources have told Pakistan Media Updates that both of them have personal reasons behind this step and it has been decided with the mutual understanding of Shaista Iqbal and Fareed Rais.
