The names of the singers for much awaited Coke Studio Season 8 have been revealed. According to the sources of Pakistani newspaper, popular singers of Pakistan including Ali Zafar, Ali Azmat, Ali Haider and Atif Aslam will perform in the Coke Studio Season 8. However many new singers are likely to debut in the eighth series of the Coke Studio and will try to make their singing career. The sources are also claiming that Coke Studio Season 8 will definitely attract the listeners because there the mixture of many beautiful and melodious voices are included.
The famous and popular pop singer of Pakistan Ali Haider will record three songs in the eighth edition of the Coke Studio and will likely to sing along with another debutante of Coke Studio Sara Raza. Both the singers will perform on the song Jiya Kare, while Ali Haider will not sing his popular songs Purani Jeans and Qarar,the sources have confirmed. However Ali Haider had also said in his previous interview that his fans would experience three new songs in the Coke Studio Season 8.
Another star singer Ali Zafar also come back in the Coke Studio after five years of long gap and he will perform a duet with Season 7 singer Sara Haider, the sources said. However this will be not the first time in the coke studio that popular singer sings along with the non-famous singer and the viewers of Coke Studio have seen many such examples in the previous editions.
From the beginning of its journey, Coke Studio has given a chance to many talented new comer singers and majority of them have proved themselves with their melodious voice, in the past eight years. In the upcoming eighth season of Coke Studio, two new talents Nabeel Shaukat Ali and Asim Azhar will be seen.
Famous pop singer Ali Azmat is also a part of Coke Studio Season 8 and he will likely to perform on the song Sammi Meri Waar, along with Quratulain Baloch. However Mai Dhai, Mulazim and Mekaal Hassan Band will likely to be a part of Coke Studio Season 8, according to the sources of Pakistani newspaper.
Coke Studio Season 8 is expected to release and go on air on 16th August, this year in the mid of Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Azha. While the names of the expected singers in Coke Studio Season 8 are listed below:
