Atif Aslam’s concert that was to be held on April 25 has been cancelled due to strong threats by extremist Hindu religious party Shiv Sena. They have threatened and forced Anjaneya Sathe Group to cancel their event at Amanora Park Town featuring Atif Aslam. They have always been creating hurdles for Pakistani performers to perform in India and now they have threatened Atif Aslam’s event organizers to cancel the concert. They are not allowing Pakistani artists to take advantage and perform on a bigger platform in India.

In the past they have threatened many famous personalities like Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Veena Malik, Meekal Hasan Band and Pakistani women cricket team over its ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC). India is attacking Pakistan in all ways and the intention behind this is to tell that Pakistan is a conspirator.

More than 1000 tickets were sold for the concert that will be refunded. The event has been void because of immense tensions between two neighboring countries. Many artists from Pakistan are going to India for a bigger platform but the tensions between two countries will affect those forthcoming collaborations.
