After Several Delays, at last Abb Takk TV Channel has been launched. This is the third Pakistani TV channel which launched this year. Previously, PTV English and Capital TV were airwave. All these channels are News Base. Abb Takk Tv belongs from Apna News Network which has already four TV Channels i.e. Apna News, Apna TV, Kook TV and 9XM.
Syed Fahad Shah is Managing Director of Abb Takk. There are couples of big names in this TV channel like Nasir Baig Chughtai and Quatrina Hussain. Nasir Baig Chughtai is Director News & Current Affairs: and Shahab Mahmood is Controller News (Output).
Though there are more than dozen Urdu News channels in Pakistan, still competition in market. Another news channel “Geo Tez” is also going to launch in upcoming days. Geo Tez Transmission has been started.
