Aamir Liaquat will host Ramazan Shareef transmission on Geo TV. He will be seen in Sehar and Iftar transmission from 1st Ramzan to the last day of Ramzan. He has been hosting transmission without any break from last few years. Last year he was with Express Media Group and he hosted the Ramzan Transmission there. He is fortunate in terms of ratings his shows attract high number of viewers. Earlier the rumors were active regarding Dr. Aamir Liaquat joining Hum TV but ultimately he remained with Geo TV.
Dr. Aamir Liaquat has been famous for hosting different shows especially on Geo TV. He was hosting the Morning Show at Geo TV and he was also hosting the Game Show of Geo Network ‘Inaam Ghar Plus’. His exclusive style of hosting is liked by many viewers but not all, he has been receiving a lot of criticism too. Dr. Aamir has also worked with ARY Digital for some time as a host of ‘Aalim Aur Aalam’.
Dr. Aamir Liaquat has not been related to media only but he has been active in politics too. He was elected as Member of National Assembly and was affiliated with Muttahida Qaumi Movement. He also performed his duties in the same regime as Minister of Religious Affairs, later on in 2007 he resigned not only from his Ministry but membership of National Assembly too.
