Experienced journalist and popular host of Pakistani media industry, Masood Raza has joined Channel 24. He has joined channel 24 as Host and going to start Studio show on Channel 24 which is likely to start after Eid ul Fitr. The sources of the Pakistani media industry have confirmed that he has left Bol News and joined Pakistan’s first current affairs channel, Channel 24. He was previously appointed in Bol News to host its morning show along with female co-host Huma Amir Shah, earlier this year. But due to Axact scandal and cancellation of license by PEMRA, Masood Raza had not hosted even a single episode of morning show and finally left Bol News.
Syed Masood Raza had completed his graduation from Karachi University in Applied Chemistry. Despite of having science background, his luck brought him in Pakistani media industry. He had started his journalism career in 2000, from a renowned private news channel. Later on, his dedication towards the journalism field led him to host the program Hum Awam , after joining Geo News in 2012. He had also worked for Bazm-e-Talba on Radio Pakistan.
In 2014, Masood Raza had an honour to host a popular prime time program Aaj Geo News K Sath, along with his experienced co-host Sana Mirza. Later on, he left Geo News and joined Bol News to host morning show there.
