Altaf HussainIslamabad: After receiving directions from Pakistan Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), all the Pakistani news channels have stopped broadcasting live speech of Altaf Hussain. MQM leader Altaf Hussain has started criticizing Pakistan Army and ISI in his latest speeches, in which he impose many allegations. After receiving complaints from different law enforcement agencies and citizens of Pakistan, PEMRA had currently issued the directions for all the Pakistani news channels not to live broadcast speeches by MQM Chief.

While addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar said that Altaf Hussain has crossed all the limits of maligning Pakistan Army and other law enforcement agencies. He said that the Karachi operation had been started to counter terrorism and crime in the city and has brought positive changes. Chaudhry Nisar had also presented statistics of crime and terrorism in Karachi. He said the language used by MQM Chief for security forces cannot exhibit the sentiments of a patriotic Pakistani.


“Sarcastic poems were read against the armed forces of Pakistan and accusations were levelled against the army,” Interior Minister added.


It is to be noted that MQM Chief Altaf Hussain had started hate speeches against the law enforcement agencies after raid at Nine Zero, from where several target killers and criminals were arrested by the Rangers.
