GTV News is a recently launched news channel in Pakistan which started its transmission on 30th August 2018. On the inauguration of the channel it was the trending topic on Twitter.
GTV News aims to bring live coverage to all important aspects with coverage of everything that citizens of Pakistan deserve to know such as politics, business, finance, sports, entertainment and technology.
It is an Urdu news channel with an Urdu website where news relating to Pakistan and the world are available in the national language of Pakistan.
Chairman of GTV News Mukhtar Abbas said that GTV News has been launched as a channel of Pakistan. He further said that it will respect the institutions of Pakistan and will work towards the betterment of the nation.
