After the year 2013, when the Pakistan film industry produced few of the very good movies, year 2014 is set to witness release of two mega film projects, “Waar 2” and “Delta Echo Foxtrol”. The announcement came when President Salman Iqbal of ARY Digital Network and Hasan Raza, CEO of Mind Works Media in collaboration launched the two projects at ARY’s Medina City Mall Offices.
MoU have been signed by the two production houses to produce fine quality movies for Pakistan.
Hasan Raza, the writer and producer of Waar movie would undertake the sequel project. The film will be shot in Pakistan, Russia, Turkey, U.K and Yugoslavia and will future foreign super stars too.Mr. Salman Iqbal on the occasion said that Mind Works Media and ARY Digital Network would work together to produce good projects, He said, the two bodies will utilize their utmost capacities to meet the expectations of the audience.
He expressed confidence from upcoming projects.
ARY in the last decade has for the third time collaborated with the media partner to transgress the local and international projects. It has released Josh- against the Grain, Waar, Zinda Bhaag, Lamha and Main Hoon Shahid Afridi.
The film industry of Pakistan revived last year. The onset of quality film productions is positive sign to upgrade the overall image of Lollywood, locally and internationally.
