Lahore: Veteran stage actor Iftikhar Thakur has faced challan as he was charged by traffic warden for receiving phone while driving. According to the details, Iftikhar Thakur was talking on mobile phone while driving near Allama Iqbal Town at which traffic warden stopped and challaned him of Rs. 500. Actor Iftikhar Thakur paid challaned by admitting his mistake.
Iftikhar Thakur who was firstly known as Mian Channu is one of the famous stage actor who has appeared in many stage dramas and telefilms in which he has entertained audience through his comedic humor, unconventional costume and funny body language. He started his career in 2000 as a comedian stage actor and has worked with several topmost comedian actors such as Nasir Chinyoti, Bobu Bral, Tariq Teddi, Nawaz Anjum, Naseem Vicky, Hameed Babar and many more. Iftikhar Thakur tremendously acted in Stage drama Mohabbat CNG and Chalak Totay as his performance was highly appreciated in this stage play.
