Proclaimed biggest IT company of Pakistan Axact has got first success in its fake degree case. In the today’s hearing of fake degree scandal, Sindh High Court has issued orders to FIA for letting Axact to operate. Sindh High Court directed FIA to restrict the Axact fake degree case for only Online Education Department and remove other departments from this case.
However honorary court has also issued orders in the favour of employees from other departments to let them work freely. The hearing of the court was carried by two member bench comprises of Justice Mohammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Iqbal Kalwarh. Sindh High Court also noticed the issue of pending salaries of Axact employees and asked FIA to present their answer in the court for freezing all the bank accounts of Axact.
While presenting his remarks, the lawyer of Axact Abid Zubairi Advocate said that it is the issue of problems for many people. Another lawyer Shoukat Hayat Advocate said that in the provisions on which the case is registered, doesn’t include freezing accounts. The court had also asked the Investigation Officer that “what is your work now in the Axact office?”
