Karachi: Pakistan Media Club (PMC) arranged Dawat e Haleem at Blue Moon banquet in Karachi. The event was attended by a large number of anchors, producers and other media persons of different channels. Chairman PMC Zia Khan appreciated the participation of all media people. He said PMC is a forum for all news or programming journalists & anchors.
Chairman PMC also announced new heads of different chapters of PMC. Miss Sarvat Rizvi from Geo News is now president of producers’ chapter; she is replacing Mr. Aslam Shaikh of PTV. Sarfaraz Khan of Abb Takk news was announced as President of News Anchors chapter while Faheem Abbas of Abb Takk took the charge of president of morning show anchors chapter. PMC is a forum where each and every member has equal right of sharing ideas.
Presidents of all chapters keep changing each month to break the monotony. After all the formal announcements and photo session all members enjoyed delicious Haleem and Kheer.
