According to the sources of Pakistani media industry, Neelam Aslam has resigned from Samaa TV, after becoming screen face of the channel and decided to join leading news channel, Geo News. Neelam Aslam has also revealed this news on her official social media account and told all of her fans and followers that she has joined Geo News. Neelam has also told that she will join the channel after 12th February 2016. Recently, senior journalist Iftikhar Ahmad has rejoin Geo News.
Neelam Aslam had started her career from Lahore based local channel, City 42 and after getting early experience, she moved to one of the leading news channels of Pakistan, ARY News. After sometime, she had left ARY News and joined another popular news channel, Express News. Then she moved to Samaa TV and worked there for few years.
