Actress Meera has announced to support Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) campaign in Karachi for NA-246 bye-elections. She will run the election campaign for candidate Imran Ismail. She has taken permission from her mother for working in the election campaign. According to details she has planned two days campaign in favor of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. In first phase she will go door to door and ask the household women to vote for Imran Ismail on April 19, 2015. The campaign has got more interesting because of controversial Queen Meera.
Actress Meera has also admired Imran Khan’s wife Reham Khan for vigorously taking part in political and social welfare activities and supporting her husband. She also said that Reham’s courage and firmness gives her spark to do projects for women welfare and fight for the rights of women, Reham is the source of motivation for most of women who want to contribute to the welfare of Pakistani Women.
NA-246 has gained much attention since resignation of Nabil Gabol. We will have to wait and see if Meera’s campaign bring favorable outcomes for Imran Ismail as Meera is famous for her controversies and messes up things again and again.
