Karachi: JAAG TV’s associate producer Nadir Ali Shah has been killed in Karachi on Wednesday night as he was gunned down in Sector-51, Korangi. According to the details, police said that Nadir was killed near to his house by unknown gunmen who opened fire on him due to which he injured severely.
Zaman Town police station also stated that Nadir Ali was shot by four gunmen who were at two motorcycles near to his house. Producer Nadir Ali was taken to the Jinnah Hospital as he was suffering from critical condition but doctors could not save him due to his serious injuries. Nadir Ali Shah got seven bullet wounds due to which he it had to give away to his injuries and passed away, according to doctors.
Police have already started investigation in this regard just after submission of F.I.R as Akhter Farooq who is a SP of Landhi has also told that Nadir Shah’s death may also be the result of property dispute. However, the funeral of Mr. Shah was held on Thursday after prayer of Zohar which was attended by large number of staff members of JAAG TV and his relatives. It is pertinent to mention here that the 42-years old assistant producer was an employer of private TV channel Jaag as he had been working there since many years.
