Facebook pages have become strongest marketing medium of Business ventures. Business owners spend big percentage of internet marketing on Facebook only. Many of them get Good Return on Investment (ROI) from Facebook Ads but it hurts when Facebook errors occur. Facebook Managers and Editors publish and schedule not only product posts but also other interactive posts to make their pages viral.
Recently, many page owners faced “An Unknown Error in Scheduled Posts”. Their all schedule posts failed and they got notification that,
After getting this error, most page owners either deleted those posts or manually published them. It is Ok if you have less numbers of schedule posts but what if you have dozens of schedules posts on one dozen pages?
Here are possible solutions. Some of them were tested by our team and some are others’ experiences.
Best method which we tested and it worked. We have one editor who schedules posts on pages. When this error occurred, we tested multiple things and deleting that editor from pages resolved this issue. I guess, there was some issue with his profile.
While deleting him, Facebook gave warning message that,
We said OK and all posts’ ownership transferred to me. Ultimately, upcoming schedule posts also started publishing while past schedule posts remained unsuccessful.
Another solution which we got from Facebook admin is
“Removing all the schedule posts and then try scheduling one post from Facebook app.”
Scheduling links work from PC/MAC but not normal images. However, everything is fine from Facebook mobile app
