The controversial queen of Pakistani film industry, actress Meera is busy in collecting funds for her hospital. For this purpose, Meera has visited Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and meets different businessman. Her businessman fan presented her a pair of Shoe as a gift from him and Meera was so happy after getting this gift. Meera was welcomed by the President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Iftikhar Ahmed Vohra at the time of her arrival in the chamber. While in a meeting, Meera has asked business community to help her in the making of new hospital. One industrialist showed his interest for helping her financially but she didn’t get the required response from business community of Karachi.
Meera also said that she doesn’t know much about business but interested to be a member of the chamber. Meera was also asked to read some words from her new poetry but she refused to do so. Business community also asked about her marriage but she also totally ignored that question. Commenting on the defeat by West Indies in a cricket match, Meera said that Pakistani team has broken many hearts but hopes for the better performance in the next matches.
Meera had planned to build a hospital in Sialkot, her place of birth on the name of her mother “Shafqat Rubab”. The controversial actress claimed that she already got 2 acre plot for this purpose but required 50 crore rupees for infrastructure. However, the specialists of this field had questioned the revealed cost by saying that this amount is not sufficient for the hospital on 2 acres.
